Let's begin this fourth and final installment with a quick review of the three keys:
- Surrender to Divine Will, Your Highest Self, Your Most Fully Conscious and Enlightened Self.
- Move from partial truths to full Truth, and let go of illusion altogether.
- Begin to develop and/or further develop your capacity to use the force of your own Compassion as a tool to bring more healing and goodness into your life and the life of humanity.
Where are you with regards to these three keys? Have you already surrendered to your Highest Self? Are you concerned that you could spend an entire lifetime obtaining truth? Perhaps you have decided that the best place to start is with compassion — I mean who wouldn't want to learn to be more compassionate in a way that benefits themselves and others, right?
The Man in the Mirror
There is a reason Michael Jackson's most explicitly "social message" song was Man in the Mirror — a song about looking at yourself and asking yourself to make a change, rather than pointing the finger at others or the world.
This is the formula. This is how we heal the world.
We do not heal the world by fixing others. We do not heal the world by raging against injustice (though righteous action absolutely has its place). We heal the world by doing the deep inner work of healing ourselves — by surrendering to our Highest Self, by pursuing and embodying full Truth, by developing the capacity to use compassion as a healing force.
As each of us does this work, we raise our vibration. And as we raise our vibration, we automatically uplift the vibration of everyone around us. This is not metaphor. This is physics.
Starting With Compassion
Of the three keys, compassion may be the most accessible starting point for most people. You do not need to have mastered surrender or achieved some high level of spiritual realization to begin using The Compassion Key. You just need to be willing.
Start with yourself. Find a wound, a pattern, a place where you are suffering. Give it compassion — genuine, heartfelt compassion. See what happens.
I suspect you will be surprised.
